Trauma occurs in isolation; healing takes place within with the support of others and tools. I’ve established an affordable group coaching session for trauma survivors to come together, learn, and evolve collectively. As a coach dedicated to group therapy survivors committed to thriving, I curate a safe and supportive environment. Here, they can connect, openly share their needs, express concerns, and nurture personal growth. Within this compassionate space, they empower each other, fostering strength and resilience.
